What is the returns policy?
As the items are made-to-order (i.e. we don’t hold stock) returns, exchanges and refunds are limited to damaged items or if you have received the wrong product (i.e. ordered a medium but received a XXL). If you have a damaged or incorrect product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, detailed description of the issue and photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip and we will get in touch with the supplier on your behalf.
What size should I order?
Please, please, PLEASE double check the sizing chart on each of the products before ordering. There may be some variation between products and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you order the wrong size. Again – please double check sizing before ordering!
My order hasn’t arrived! HELP!
Don’t panic! If your estimated date of delivery has passed, drop us an email with your order details to email@example.com and we’ll look into it.
